If proof of concept is completed, you can apply to Innovation Pathways or to the Regulatory sandbox. For firms that are not ready to test but need help understanding the FCA regulatory regime, Innovation Pathways is a better fit. If you want to test your proposition in the market with live consumers, apply to the Regulatory sandbox. If we believe that another service might fit your needs better we can refer your application to the most appropriate one.
